Technical Support

UNC’s Technical Support Center can provide assistance with any of your technical questions via phone, email, or online chat.

Our Knowledge Base system contains a wealth of information regarding Canvas, Ursa, BearMail, student account access, passwords, and much more.

Library

Online students at UNC have access to the vast resources within the James A. Michener Library, named for the Pulitzer Prize-winning author. Michener attended Colorado State College of Education, now the University of Northern Colorado, from 1936-37, and was a Social Science educator from 1936-41.

The library’s collections include approximately 1.5 million items in book, periodical, government document, audio-visual, and microform formats. Take advantage of our online research guides, expansive video tutorials, or insightful copyright tips.
